The Disability Management Service assists people who have an injury, disability or health condition to return to work independently in the open labour market.
The focus of the service is to assist participants understand, compensate for and manage their injury, disability or health condition as well as the limitations or restrictions they may face.
We aim to build the job seekers’ confidence as well as work capacity to help them avoid re-injury and find and/or retain employment.
The EPIC team will work closely with you, the employer, to ensure safe and sustainable employment opportunities.
The Disability Management Service also provides assistance for existing employees who may be in danger of losing their job due to their disability, injury or health condition.
